We all know the tragedy that bestowed upon us on 9/11 2001.  Now, 7 years later today, let’s all take a few minutes to remember everyone who lives ended abruptly and send our thoughts and prayers to the families and friends affected by this terrible crime.  No matter what type of stressful day you are having, take a few moments to reflect on your life and your blessings.

Lance Armstrong is BACK!

Just because I’m a cycling nut…I thought I would share a fun post that means something to me.  Lance Armstrong is back in the world of cycling.  He will be racing for the Astana team and will be in the 2009 Tour de France!  I can’t wait to see what Lance can do!
